Yes. The first time you want to recommend someone, you'll apply to Role Reward. We vet every new member to make sure they have a relevant network and expertise.
Can I recommend more than one person for a role?
No. We accept one recommendation per role, so you share the very best person in your network.
What will you send my friend?
One email about the role, and one reminder if they don't reply.
What if they don't get the job?
Some roles still pay you a smaller reward if they're interviewed.
When do I get paid?
It varies, depending on the company. Sometimes it's when they start, sometimes once they pass probation.
Do I keep the whole fee?
If someone brought you to Role Reward, you keep 90% of the bounty and they get 10%. It works in your favour too: you get 10% of every bounty earned by people you bring in.
Can I recommend myself?
No. Ask someone who knows your work to vouch for you instead.
